As a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer, I worked on building and scaling end-to-end digital products focused on automation, customer experience, and AI-driven communication.

I contributed to the development of a platform that connected payment systems, messaging channels, and AI automation into a unified customer experience layer. On the backend, I designed and implemented integrations with Stripe and Kiwify to enable seamless payment flows, and worked with WhatsApp-based communication systems using Evolution API to support real-time customer engagement.

AI-Powered Customer Support

One of the most impactful initiatives I worked on was the development of an AI-powered customer support system using OpenAI, where users interacted directly through WhatsApp. The system enabled automated responses, sales assistance, and intelligent query handling, reducing manual support dependency and improving response consistency at scale.

To make the messaging automation layer more reliable under load, I introduced AWS SQS-based asynchronous processing for OpenAI WhatsApp workflows. This improved message delivery reliability by approximately 10% and significantly increased system resilience during peak usage.

Frontend Development

On the frontend, I built dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, focusing on real-time experiences and workflow automation tools. I leveraged React Query for server state synchronization, Zustand for lightweight state management, and React Flow to enable visual, flow-based automation builders used to design customer journeys.

Impact & Collaboration

This role required bridging product thinking and engineering execution, translating complex business workflows into scalable systems that improved automation, reduced operational friction, and enhanced customer communication experiences end-to-end.
